Good Afternoon Chris,
I hope your well. We have a condition (condition 2) on application 24/00620/B asking for drainage information for the extension of their drive. They have advised that they have spoken with Paul Morley, Highway Inspector, who did a site visit and advised the applicant that drainage would not be needed due to the fact the work being carried out is slightly lower than the pavement which he has confirmed in the attached email. I just wanted to check with yourself that this was sufficient so we can discharge the condition.
