No ObjectionHDC considered the information provided adequately addresses the requirements of the condition.; The scale of development is small and it is anticipated that obstruction to movement as a result of the delivery / construction traffic will be minimal.; Public Right of Way 244 extents along the northern portion of the access lane off Four Roads and not to the rear of the dwellings, impact on the public highway will therefore be further reduced.; The CMP has identified that no parking will be permitted by works vehicles further to when loading / unloading, which will be kept to a minimum.; The applicant is further reminded that additional licenses for the use of the highway for equipment or material, or erection of scaffolding over the highway, may be required.
