I am undertaking a kitchen renovation.I currently have a single external kitchen door within my kitchen which I would like to block up in order to utilise the area more fully for the new kitchen. This single external kitchen door currently opens out onto the side of the house & the garden path & overlooks my neighbour's kitchen extension so by blocking this door up it affords more privacy for myself & neighbour.I have a dining kitchen currently (& which will remain as so) & therefore also have sliding patio doors opening into the garden allowing for safe easy access. The house currently has 3 external doors (front door, patio doors & kitchen door) & I would like to change this to 2 external doors as explained like so many of my surrounding neighbours currently have. 10. a) Please state the existing use of the site (e.g. residential, office, retail etc.) b) Please state the proposed use of the site.
