OSBORNE TERRACE. THESE WORKS
ARE COMING TO AN END AND AS
SUCH THE APPLICANT WISHES TO
REINSTATE THE BOUNDARY WALL
AND RAILINGS AS IT WAS
ORIGINALLY AND TO MATCH THE
