Plaque to be fixed into existing brickwork with 'Stand off' fixings with metallic stand offs and caps. Drill 5mm fixing holes using a suitable masonry drill bit, install wall plugs into holes, screw stand off pillar bases into the wall plugs, align sign with bases and fix sign to wall with pillar caps. Should signs be removed, holes to be repaired/filled to match existing wall construction colour. Fixing holes left from existing plaques removal to be filled/repaired with a material and colour to match existing masonry/mortar. New frosted window sticker signage to replace existing signage to all windows on ground floor level. Existing 'Pub Style' Swing sign to be removed (see photo below).
