network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services
HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied
where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during

24/91054/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no
significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as
the rear lane is of low speed and infrequent use to safely accommodate the rear parking
