Thanks for this. I had already received - and read - a copy direct from the applicant’s consultants: the document is exemplary and I have no hesitation in signing it off.
I know that they are keen to get on site (winter and archaeological excavation don’t mix well!), and as we have signed off from our end it would be excellent if they can receive confirmation from DEFA as soon as practical. In regard to this, I was slightly stunned by the sheer number of conditions and hope that there is no other detail that would prevent them getting on site specifically to do the archaeological fieldwork? If there’s anything else you need from me don’t hesitate to get back to me.
All the best

Good Afternoon Andy,
We are sure keeping you busier with condition consultations at the moment. I’ve just sent one through to the MNH planning inbox regarding a programme of archaeological works at the new development in Braddan, behind the cemetery, but because we have a limit to how big a file we can put online I wanted to send you the original copy as the picture quality is better. If you could please have a look and provide comment when you can that would be fantastic.
