Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 18.09.2024 and 24.09.2024 titled: 1612 100.11C_Condition4_Lighting_Site, 1612- 100.12C_Condition4_Lighting_Elevs, Application Form, NOCTA RD80 DOWN-UP WFL 927, NOCTA RD80 WFL 927, and NOCTA SQ155 WFL 927. NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation and after consultation with the case officer from the original application, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 4 of planning application 19/01057/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
