Kinvig, Ref 25/10109/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 24/00453/B providing details for the historic building record. at Clypse Beg Little Mill Road Onchan Isle Of Man IM4 5BF . Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department titled: AIRC Form - Historic Building Record Submission and Photographic Record Survey - Level Two Recording, both recorded as being electronically received on 18.08.2025. NOTE In this instance, the submitted photographic record survey and accompanying documentation are considered to provide a sufficient level of detail for the purposes of historic recording prior to demolition. Following consultation with the Registered Buildings Officer, the submission is deemed satisfactory for discharging Condition (3) of application 24/00453/B.
