Remove existing twelve PVC windows, replace with twelve PVC windows in white colour, designs as existing. Remove two PVC doors, replace with, rear door to be a standard PVC door same style as existing, front door is a composite as shown in document D, Agate grey slab with a white outer frame. All to be fitted into existing apertures.

If you answered Yes to either of the above, then your application will need to include a level of tree related information appropriate to the proposed development, which in some circumstances (e.g. change of use) may mean that no additional information is required. Please refer to our guidance at www.gov.in/planningappl/ for further information. You must provide details of any trees which are to be 'lipped' or 'felled' as a result of the proposal. 18.
