In light of the appeal decision in 2021 removing the agricultural tie and the evidence presented which demonstrated that there was no agricultural activity taking place and that it was also unviable as a business, the Department considers that there is no justification for an agricultural building and that no agricultural need exists as such the proposals conflict with General Policy 3(f) and Environment Policy 15.
