1.0 Description
1.1 The proposed application 24/00053/B was approved on 26.02.2024 for the replacement of plywood facade with treated wood cladding; replacement of external doors; installation of stone cladding below windows subject to 3 conditions one of which required submission of additional information prior to the commencement of works.
1.2 This report is specific to Condition 3 which the applicants are seeking to satisfy.
1.3 Specific wording of the condition as follows:

No development shall commence until a schedule of materials and finishes and samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Department. The development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the character and appearance of the site and surrounding area.'
2.0 Proposal
2.1 The applicant has submitted an information in relation to planning approval document and a photo of stone cladding which will be used on the building for the satisfaction of conditions. These documents provide information on schedule of materials and finishes of the materials that are to be used on the external surfaces of the development.
3.0 Recommendation
3.1 In the instance of the submitted information in relation to planning approval document and the photo of stone cladding and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 of application 24/00053/B with the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
