Proposal is to widen existing driveway in matching block paving by approx 2m requiring the lowering of additional kerbs. Access to highway from the property is on a residential estate within a 20mph speed limit. Photos have been supplied of the left & right visibility, taken at height of approx 1.05m and approx 2.4m from the highway. These have been supplied in place of visibility splays as this is not a change of use of the highway access, merely a small change to the size of said access.
