Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

• 24/00721/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. • 24/00877/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the proposed layout would have a similar or less parking demand than the existing layout and use of the basement, and there is unrestricted parking along the promenade for visitors. • 24/90941/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, as the parking and access situation is acceptable for the relatively small nature and booking type system of the proposals.
