Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Application Form and Jurby Phase 2 Technical Note Final recorded as being electronically received on 28.08.2024 as well as the additional revised information receieved on 05.09.2024, titled: Hart 15- 155A-Wildlife Mitigation Sheet 1 of 3 Hart 15- 156A-Wildlife Mitigation Sheet 2 of 3 Hart 15- 157A-Wildlife Mitigation Sheet 3 of 3 NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning conditions 3 and 4 of application 23/01192/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
