Please see below explanation for the minor amendment application
After planning application 25/90107/B was approved, my clients obtained quotes for the work but found it was too expensive. To make the project more affordable, they decided to reduce the scope of work. They will no longer extend or raise the floor in the garage, or replace the existing single-storey rear extension, but will work within the original footprint of the house. I have worked closely with them to keep the appearance of the house close to the original permitted planning application, using the same look and materials. The updated drawings included with this application show these minor changes.
