There are a couple of mature Eucalyptus trees on the site, within 15m to the south of the building. They are clearly visible on the site plan. The trees won't be affected by the proposed development as the kitchen and porch extension is located away from the trees and the new sunroom occupies the space the existing conservatory is located on. ost of the gain in floor area is created by replacing the roof, thereby maximising the attic space.
