Tel 01624 685950 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act, and subordinate Orders and Regulations, the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Nancy Patricia Roberts, Ref 25/90690/B, for the Replacement of windows and installation of french doors to rear elevation at 11 Christian Street Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1NW for the following reason(s): 1. Whilst the windows, french door and velux window to the rear elevation are acceptable, it is deemed that the proposed casement windows to the front elevation fail to comply with Section 18(4) of the Town and Country Act (1999) and Environment Policy 35 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan and neglects the general standards towards replacement windows as set out in Planning Circular 1/98.
