The business use hereby approved shall be for the benefit of the applicant only while they are resident at Crofton, The Crofts, Castletown and no staff shall be employed at or work at the site. Reason: The specific details of this application have been deemed acceptable but any future change to the operation of the business should be reassessed given the residential character of the area.
