Hello, Highway Services HDC has reviewed the additional information for 25/10072/AIR attached and can state the proposals are ultimately acceptable although not ideal taken construction access off Bride Road rather than Andreas Road. Therefore, HDC do not oppoe the condition discharge application. Kind Regards, Richard Webster Highways Development Control Highway Services DOI, Isle of Man Government

Hi Richard/Chris Apologies for the late reply and in response to your emails, we confirm that we did initially consider access from the Andreas Road. However, due to the drainage and service connection points are all on Bride Road, we concluded a more logical sequence would be to build Phase 1 accessed via the Bride Road, with the remainder phases serviced predominately accessed from Andreas Road. This will have the advantage that we can better segregate residential access (via Bride Road) from the construction access for following phases which would be via the Andreas Road. With regards to Fairisle comments we can advise the following:
Kind Regards Paul

Please see attached Highways Response, Charlotte. If the applicant can access the site from the North-West, rather than on Bride Road, that would be advantageous for community relations and impact. Kind Regards, Richard Webster

Good afternoon, I am still awaiting formal consultation from both DOI Highways, and Manx Utilities in relation to PA 25/10072/AIR. Please could you also see the attached comments from one of the neighbouring properties, in relation to the above Conditions Application. If you could get back to me at your earliest convenience, I would appreciate this greatly. Thank you very much. Kindest Regards Charlotte
