The application is for a flat roof sunroom extension, with an roof lantern. The is a previously approved scheme at the property for a sunroom with a pitched roof. (Ref PA 22/00644/B). The foot print and sized of the extension is the same as the approved design, the difference being the flat roof and gable to the garden. The roof being lower has a lesser impact on the neighbours, and there is a flat roof extension to the adjacent property.
