In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr And Mrs Corrin, Ref 24/10065/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 4 of PA 23/01149/B in relation to materials and finishes to be used. at Land North Of Fo Chronk Station Road St Johns Isle Of Man IM4 3AH .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 09.07.2024 titled: Application Form, Email from Agent, Glendyne Slate Brochure, Sibeirian-Larch Cladding Image and Earystane Stone Example.

NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the materials and finishes to be used, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for planning conditions 4 and of application 23/01149/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
