Description of the proposed development. Please state clearly what you propose to do. (see planning statement) Approval to replace and extend decking which had come into disrepair. (see plans) Previous application 241912661B, refused which requested permission for glass balustrade fencing. We would like to seek permission to reinstate wooden fencing and gate to the rear of the private garden. Wooden fencing to a height of 10m meaning the decking and notbevisible to the wider reaservation area, this will also address previous concerns of privacy.
