The current roof covering has not been maintained, it is in a poor state of repair and requires replacement to modern standards and current building regulations. Several other properties on the Glen Vine estate and the new builds behind the bungalow are already covered with this modern tile so our bungalow would be in keeping with many other properties in the area. Renewing the roof covering would also improve the insulation of the property and reduce its carbon footprint.
