Dear Sir / Madam
I am writing with reference to the planning application 25/90624/8
I have written previously about the above application, and I still have the same concerns as I have voiced in the past. These have been added to by the fact that nobody has come back to me about my queries regarding the shared boundary wall.
On Tuesday of this week (the 14^{\text {th }} of July) I had a visit from a gentleman assuming from MSN who asked when I would like my wall knocking down. This is the very first acknowledgment that this is indeed my wall or at the least a shared boundary wall. I have been asking this question from the very beginning of this application. Until this matter has been resolved I don't see anyway forward for this application. I have spoken to my next-door neighbour (no 4. Parr St) and he hasn't had a similar visit which considering he is in the same predicament is quite unusual.
I am still waiting for the aforementioned builders to return and clear the rubble left behind from the day they removed the scaffolding in my back yard. Quite frankly it's a disgrace and a very high health and safety risk as I use a mobility walker.
Before any further demolition work takes place and any building can begin there needs to be proper discussions held and written documentation as to what is actually happening here. Personally, I think it may be time to seek legal advice before we can move forward.
In my opinion this whole matter is an utter disgrace and the way in which this business conducts itself is very questionable. It is having a detrimental effect on my health.
Yours sincerely,
