o PP-140624revB o The Grange Arb Monitoring Schedule (MS-200624) o BIRD BOX DETAILS DRG 11 o COVERING LETTER PLANNING CONDITIONS Submitted on the 15.07.2024 and; o SOD BANK DRAWING DRG REV 10A Submitted on the 07.08.2024. NOTE The approved documents and plans are deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for the following planning conditions of application 24/00459/B; o Condition 2 with the understanding that the approved landscaping scheme shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The works shall be carried out during the first available planting season following the commencement of the development or in accordance with the programme agreed in writing with the Department. Any trees or plants indicated on the approved scheme which, within a period of five years from the date of planting, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced during the next planting season with other trees or plants of a species and size to be first approved in writing by the Department. o Condition 3 with the understanding that the Tree Protection Measures shall remain in place until such time as the development is substantially complete.
