TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Kel Developments, Ref 24/10070/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 12 for PA 22/01485/B detailing the solar panels to be installed at Part Of Field No. 121388 And Former Dale Nurseries Oatlands Road Andreas Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department on 23.07.2024 titled: Condition Application Form and Solar Panel Information as well as the additional information received by email on 15.08.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the Solar Panel Installation, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for planning conditions 12 of application 22/01485/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
