Time limit
The advertisement(s) hereby granted consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. Reason: To avoid the accumulation of unimplemented advertisement consents.
Signage to approved drawings and dimensions
The signage hereby approved shall be installed in full accordance with the details provided on Proposed Front Elevations Rev C, Proposed Side Elevation Rev B and Proposed Shop front, and all the signage shall not be installed any larger/bigger than the written dimensions provided and stated on the approved drawings and details. Reason: for the avoidance of doubt minded of the additional drawings provided to overcome the scale and size issues, and the application has been assessed on the basis of the signs sizes as listed in the application form, original shop front drawing and those details on revision drawings and accounting for the 4mm tolerance between 1726mm and 1.73m in respect of the length of the front elevation sign.
Removal of side sign if no longer required
In the event that the side elevation customer car parking directional sign is no longer required it shall be removed and the wall made good to match the remaining wall surface. Reason: this sign is not typical of a conservation area and is only considered acceptable for the purpose of directing visiting customers relating to the use of the building to the available car parking for customers, should this need cease the sign would be unwarranted and shall be removed to avoid clutter and in the interest of visual amenity of the Conservation Area.
Do not oppose - no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. An oversailing of the highway licence will be required for the projecting sign.
