This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 24.07.2024 titled: Application form and 'Details of materials and finishes to be implemented'. NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the materials and finishes to be used externally, and after consultation with the recommending case officer, who is happy with the level of detail and the material samples shown, they are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and are considered satisfactory to meet the requirements of planning condition 5 of application 23/01006/B, on the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
