RE: PA 24/10075/AIR - Information in relation to condition 3 of PA
22/01485/B for details containing the soft and hard landscaping plan, Part of
Field No. 121388 and former Dale Nurseries, Oatlands, Andreas
Apologies that the Ecosystem Policy Team did not pick up this with the original
application but we request that the common gorse Ulex Europaeus included in the
native hedgerow planting mix is replaced, as this species can spread easily and be quite
invasive. If gorse is wanted as part of the landscaping scheme then we recommend that
western gorse Ulex gallii is planted instead.
