Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of the existing living accommodation into three flats and alterations to the shop front as shown in drawing numbers 105, 01 and 02 date stamped 23 December 2010, 101C and 103C date stamped 15th February 2011.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
