Good morning Paul,
I hope you’re well.
I’m just chasing the below up as Sophie is away from the office and I’d like to get the report complete as soon as possible please.
Please can you provide any additional drawings and documents in order for the Ecosystem Policy team to accept the satisfaction of condition?

Caution: This email is from an external sender. Please take care before opening any attachments or following any links. Hi Sophie
I have finished reviewing and its my error there was two contour lines on the drawing and picked the wrong one and should have twigged before submitting. (attached for info only)
I have also reviewed your comments, checked the drawings, and picked up a few other errors I missed.
I have asked them to alter the following:-
1 Reduce light spread on to the existing hedges 2 Reduce light spread into the existing tress adjacent to existing house. 3 Show the 0.1 lux at moment its the 1.0 lux (apologies my error) 4 Also light fittings are slightly lower at 6m tall (apologies my error)
Apologies for any inconvenience and will get this to you as soon as possible.
Kind Regards Paul

Hi Paul
I’m just looking at the information submitted for the satisfaction of condition 11 for PA 22/01133/B https://services.gov.im/planningapplication/services/planning/planningapplicationdetails.iom?ApplicationRef erenceNumber=24%2F10063%2FAIR I thought I would just ask you this question directly, rather than going to planning.
I was just wondering what was going on in this section of the lighting drawings? There seem to be lights with no light spread, and vice versa light spread in areas with no lights? As well as lights shining on to buildings rather than in to roads?

Also, would it be possible to avoid light entirely on the boundary hedge in this area as this could create a barrier to bat movement.
Best wishes
Sophie
