This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Curlew Planting Concept v1, Curlew Cottage Zone Plant List v1 v1 and Curlew planting design concept and description all received on 15.05.2024 NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the details outlining the soft landscaping plan, and after consultation with the recommending case officer as well as the Department's Ecology officer, who is happy with the level of detail and planting list provided, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 3 of application 23/01417/B , under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
