Follow Up Flag: Follow up Flag Status: Flagged Hi Dan
In regards to species, again the point of requesting the condition was for the benefit of wildlife and to mitigate against the loss of other vegetation, and so additional species like crab apple and honeysuckle (species with good known wildlife benefits) would be advisable. The drawing also needs to be specific in showing all the vegetation that is staying, as well any new vegetation which is to be planted, and delineating between the 2. Appreciating that there is limited space in the garden and so the idea of supplementing existing planting, rather than creating new features, would be fine.
Best wishes
Sophie

Good Afternoon Sophie,
Thank you for your email, I’ve had a chat with the case officer regarding this condition application and we can’t see where they advised there would be boundary planting on the sides. Would you have any recommendations for the agent from a planting point of view of what the ecopolicy team would be looking for regarding this condition.
Have a good weekend,
Dan Spencer
