We wish to replace the existing timber single glazed sliding sash and casement windows to the front elevation of the property. These windows are showing signs of rot and several have been over-painted so often that they can no longer be opened to provide ventilation. The proposed replacement windows are white uPVC double-glazed windows of identical design to the existing sliding sash windows to enhance the appearance of the property, reduce maintenance and heat loss and provide ventilation when required. The existing structural window opening sizes will not be altered.
The Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture (DEFA) is a controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and related legislation and requires the information supplied by this application in the public interest to comply with obligations under the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and its subordinate Orders and Regulations.
