NOTE. In this instance of the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, survey of Sulby Methodist Church, Sulby report photo plan, photos 01-73 and Sulby Methodist Chapel 1794 to 2004 and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 21/00588/CON.

1.0 Description
1.1 The proposed application 21/00588/CON for registered building consent for internal works involving the removal of pews and concrete plinths, removal of tiled floor and installation of new floor, replacement of existing heating system with underfloor heating, remedial works to stained glass windows and glazed screen and upgrading of kitchen and toilet facilities (Registered Building Nos. 172) was approved on 01.11.2021 subject to 3 conditions some of which required submission of additional information prior to the commencement of works.

24/10030/AIR 1.2 This report is specific to Condition 2 which the applicants are seeking to satisfy.
1.3 Specific wording of the condition as follows:
"Photographic Survey
No development shall commence until a full and comprehensive photographic survey of the ground floor has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Department.
Reason: In order to retain a record of the site in the interests of local history."
2.0 Proposal
2.1 The applicant have now submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, survey of Sulby Methodist Church, Sulby report photo plan, photos 01-73 and Sulby Methodist Chapel 1794 to 2004. These documents contain a comprehensive photographic record of Sulby Methodist Chapel including a plan of where the photos were taken as well as information of the history of the site which creates a detailed record of the history of the site prior to development.
3.0 Recommendation
3.1 In this instance of the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, survey of Sulby Methodist Church, Sulby report photo plan, photos 01-73 and Sulby Methodist Chapel 1794 to 2004 and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 21/00588/CON.
