The property, hereby approved, shall be open for use by customers only between 9 am in the morning until 9pm in the evening (09:00 - 21:00 hrs) 7 days a week. Reason: In the interests of the amenity of neighbouring residents in accordance with General Policy 2 and Environment Policy 22 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2016.
