We are currently not supportive of the planting list since the shrub mixes include various cotoneaster species which are all included on Schedule 8 of the Wildlife Act 1990 as non-native invasive plant species. We would also strongly encourage Rosa rugosa to be removed from the planting list, since this species is considered invasive though it is not yet included on Schedule 8, but it likely to be next time the schedule is reviewed.
Best wishes
Sophie

Hi Sophie,
I hope you are well.
I am still having difficulties with my email account / uniform link, so if you could please see the attached email and subsequent attachments in relation to condition 4 of planning application 23/01006/B and possibly then provide me with further comment?
Thank you.
Kindest Regards Charlotte
