Further to the above planning application please be advised the applicant has now submitted proposals as shown in the attached, it is basic but shows the back going to a soakaway with front to the gravel garden. Percolation test results were received as part of the PA that was requested by MU. Manx Utilities can confirm that the proposals meet with MU requirement in so far that it keeps SW separate from the foul drainage, however the use of soakaways are private and the discharge SW directly onto the front garden form the front of the property would need to be confirmed by building control.
