Following consideration of the planning applications listed directly below, I can advise that Douglas Borough Council has no objections.

The Council continues to have no objections against PA 23/00942/B and PA 23/01200/B with our original comments on both of these applications remaining unchanged.
Prior to providing comments on PA 24/00210/C the Council would kindly bring to your attention that the application does not contain any details on where the business will store its waste bins. We would kindly ask that the applicant provides details to where their waste and recycling bins will be stored and whether these will be stored within the curtilage of the property or outside of the property. We would also kindly ask that further details are provided to PA 24/00219/B Erection of a flat roof to replace a lean-to roof and provide cover to an existing yard with alterations to the property (Retrospective) 11 Leigh Terrace Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 5AN. We note the proposed changes at the rear of the property which may be acceptable if they do not prohibit the refuse bins from being removed from the highway to be stored within the curtilage of the property between refuse collections. We would kindly ask that the applicant provides some further information as to where their existing bins and recycling boxes will be stored.
