- c) 23/01156/B Andros 1 The Chase, Ballakillowey. Erection of a rear extension to replace existing conservatory, erection of a single storey garage extension to front elevation and alterations to existing driveway and access.
- d) 24/00403/B Long Close, Glen Chass Road. Erection of a detached garden / craft room.
The following application was supported but concern was expressed that this development should not be allowed through a future application to become a separate residential dwelling.
- e) 24/00395/B Bella Vista, Ballakilpheric Road. Detached double garage with ancillary living accommodation over.
