As per the current approved application - the positive consultations with IoM Harbours, the DoI and emergency services remain in place - 20/00310/B When in place the huts will be securely fixed to the ground. During the winter months the huts will be removed and stored in a secure location. The promenade is 8m in width, resulting in a clear with of 5.8m when adjacent to the proposed huts. The application would provide additional time to install the huts.
