Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of condition, K316 24.03.15 Discharge Of Condition 5 Cover Letter and The Roundhouse Temporary Crossing Drawing 002 as well as correspondence between the case officer and Braddan Commissioners and after consultation with Highway Services, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 5 of application 17/00829/B with the understanding the details of the permanent crossing at the Roundhouse will be submitted once installed and ready for use. NOTE This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of condition, K316 24.03.15 Discharge Of Condition 5 Cover Letter and The Roundhouse Temporary Crossing Drawing 002 which were submitted on the 15/03/2024 as well as correspondence between the case officer and Braddan Commissioners on the 21/03/2024.
