Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted D-01 EAVES DETAIL _ Layout submitted on the 21.03.2024. NOTE In this instance of the submitted D-01 EAVES DETAIL _ Layout, and after consultation with a principal planning officer, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 4 of application 22/00834/B with the understanding that the development shall be carried out as indicated on the approved drawings and retained as such thereafter.
