In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Karel Ver Elst, Ref 24/00120/MCH, for the Rear elevation proposed opening to be reduced to provide a double glazed door to each floor only. at Queensgate 1A Queen Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1PB .

This decision relates to the submitted APL Application Form, APL Drg 01 A Location + Existing Plans, APL Drg 02 A Existing Elevations, APL Drg 03 B Proposed Plans, APL Drg 04 A Proposed Elevations, APL Drg 05 2200929B Proposed Plans, APL Drg 06 2200929B Proposed Elevations submitted on the 14.02.2024 and AMD 24.01.15 Cover Letter submitted on the 29.02.2024.
