In this instance of the submitted email from the applicant and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 23/01455/B with the understanding that the trailer and mast will be removed 12 months from the date of installation which will be 14/02/2025.

1.0 Description
1.1 The proposed application 23/01455/B for the deployment of temporary trailer mast for 12 months to provide mobile coverage to the area of bride, whilst a new permanent site is

constructed was approved on 20.12.2023 subject to 2 conditions one of which required submission of additional information prior to the commencement of works.
1.2 This report is specific to Condition 2 which the applicants are seeking to satisfy.
1.3 Specific wording of the condition as follows:
"Prior to the installation of the temporary trailer mast, prior notification of the applicant's installation date of the trailer shall be submitted to the Department and agreed in writing and shall remain in place for 12 months from that date. REASON: To ensure the proposal is in line with the temporary nature of the application."
2.0 Proposal
2.1 The applicant's agent have now submitted confirmation of the day the mast will be going up which was the 14/02/2024 which would mean it will need removing by 14/02/2025.
3.0 Recommendation
3.1 In this instance of the submitted email from the applicant and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 23/01455/B with the understanding that the trailer and mast will be removed 12 months from the date of installation which will be 14/02/2025. __
I can confirm that this decision has been made by the Acting Head of Development Management in accordance with the authority afforded to that Officer by the appropriate DEFA Delegation and that in making this decision the Officer has agreed the recommendation in relation to who should be afforded Interested Person Status
