The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:-

12/01082/B Mr and Mrs J Duncan Regaby Beg Regaby West Road Andreas - Demolition of existing and erection of a replacement dwelling - Balladoole Cottage Bride Road Lezayre. Mr K Brew declared an interest and left the room. Approved 3-1 Majority. Although the commissioners have approved this application, they would prefer to see a more traditional build.

12/01093/B Department of Environment Food & Agriculture Thie Slieau Whallian Hope Road St Johns - Roofing works to existing storage shed - Gob E Volley Depot Main Road Sulby. Approved unanimous.

12/01125/B Mr F Sweeney 7 Beech Avenue Birch Hill Park Onchan – Residential development of six detached dwellings with garages – Land adjacent to Ginger Hall Hotel Ballamanagh Road Sulby. Refused 3-2 majority. The Commissioners feel that the site is overdeveloped with 6 properties and that 4 properties should be the maximum.

12/01203/C Ballamanaugh Farms c/o Boston Limited Belgravia House Circular Road Douglas – Variation of agricultural worker's condition to allow dwelling to be let to non agricultural tenants, guests and members of staff for temporary periods – Tramman Ballamanagh Road Sulby. Approved unanimous.
