Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and a construction traffic management plan which were submitted on the 20/02/2024. NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and a construction traffic management plan and after consultation with the highways development engineer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 19 of application 22/00416/B with the understanding that development must be undertaken in accordance with these details.
