In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mr Nigel And Sue Beaumont And Firth, Ref 24/00039/MCH, for the Minor Change to PA 23/00619/B to reduce size of previously approved rear dormer at 60 Ballanard Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 5HE .

Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. The following changes are REFUSED: o The change from the approved gable end roof to a hip roof and the reduction in the size of the dormer
