TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Dandara Homes Limited, Ref 24/10004/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 5 for 23/00451/B - Ecological report in regards to bird boxes at Reayrt Mie. at 19 Faragher Road Reayrt Mie Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 2BL .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and ecological plan rev.B which were submitted on the 15.01.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted application for the discharge of conditions and 04.32 Ecological Plan revB and after consultation with the DEFA ecopolicy officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 5 of application 23/00451/B with the understanding that the nests on the ecological plan rev.B shall be implemented, retained, maintained and kept available for those specific uses.
